The “Adal Azamat — Belsendi Kogam” Civil Society Development Center in the Pavlodar region provides systematic support to the non-governmental sector and promotes social initiatives among residents of the capital. The Center’s activities focus on strengthening the institutional sustainability of civil society organizations, reinforcing their legal foundations, and fostering a culture of constructive cooperation between civil society and government authorities.
