The Regional Forum of the Karaganda Region
On September 20th, as part of the 11th Civil Forum of Kazakhstan, the Regional Civil Forum was held in the Karaganda Region under the slogan "Consolidation of Civil Society Institutions in Building a Just Kazakhstan."
The forum brought together domestic and foreign experts, representatives of republican trade unions and religious organizations, political parties, the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs, the Civil Consent Public Association, republican and regional NGOs, regional government bodies, media, and independent bloggers.
After the plenary session, the forum divided into thematic sections - dialogue platforms where the activities of trade unions, youth organizations, business structures, political parties, local religious and ethnic associations, and other civil institutions were discussed.
As a result, a specific bank of recommendations and proposals was compiled and addressed to authorized government bodies and the Civil Forum of Kazakhstan.
