Shymkent Regional Civil Forum
The Regional Civil Forum of the city of Shymkent was held under the theme "Sustainable Development of Shymkent: The Role of Civil Society Institutions", reflecting a commitment to open dialogue and the strengthening of partnerships between the state and the civil sector.
During the forum, special attention was given to the participation of NGOs in the implementation of public policy, the improvement of the regulatory framework, the development of the urban community, and the enhancement of mechanisms for effective collaboration.
The event program included panel sessions, thematic labs, solution presentations, and informal discussions. A particular focus was placed on the discussion of the Concept for the Development of Civil Society, new approaches to public social contracting, and the role of citizens in public oversight.
