Joining the GAK
Here you can apply to join the Civil Alliance of Kazakhstan. Our Council will consider your application. We are open to alliances, NGOs, associations, and public figures. Join the GAK!
Guidelines for a Potential Member of the Civil Alliance of Kazakhstan
1. The question of joining the Civil Alliance of Kazakhstan (hereafter - GAK) by a potential member is considered at the GAK Council, with the participation of all members of the GAK Council.
2. Membership status as decided by the GAK Council can be:
- full (full membership, membership approval is carried out by the GAK Council)
- associative (associative membership, membership approval is carried out by the GAK Council or the GAK Directorate).
3. В состав ГАК могут входить:
- regional Civil Alliances;
- non-profit organizations that have member organizations, regional representations, and branches in their composition
- sectoral, republican organizations;/li>
- NGO coalitions;
- public figures.
Step-by-step instructions for joining the Civil Alliance of Kazakhstan
Step 1. Fill out the application for membership in the Civil Alliance of Kazakhstan.
Step 2.Attach the following documents:
- Minutes or an extract from the minutes of the meeting of the authorized body of the entering organization with the decision to join the Civil Alliance of Kazakhstan (hereinafter - GAK);
- copies of founding documents (charter, certificate of state registration);
- a copy of the order appointing the first head of the organization;
- list of member organizations;
- report on implemented projects for the last year;
- work plan for the upcoming year.

In case of a positive decision by the GAK Council on the admission of your organization into the GAK, it is necessary to pay the entrance fee and send a confirming document of payment to the GAK.
