Dialogue between the State and Civil Society: Start of Meetings Ahead of the XII Civil Forum

On October 16–17, 2025, the XII Civil Forum of Kazakhstan will be held in the capital. This event will serve as the main platform for dialogue between the state and civil society.

In the run-up to the Forum, from September 24 to October 10, a series of meetings between the heads of central government bodies and representatives of the public is planned.

During these meetings, issues of science and education, healthcare, labor and social protection, agriculture, tourism and sports, energy, water resources, trade and integration, public order, prevention and response to emergencies, digitalization of public services in the field of justice, amendments to the new Tax Code, and other pressing topics will be discussed.

The meetings of ministers with representatives of NGOs will create opportunities for constructive interaction, as well as promote government openness and the implementation of the “Listening State” principle.
