From September to November 2025, monitoring is being conducted for projects implemented under the Small Grants Program for Rural NGOs within the framework of the priority initiative “Development of Civil Initiatives in Rural Areas.”

The purpose of the monitoring is to ensure oversight of project implementation, assess the alignment of activities with stated goals and objectives, identify results and challenges, and provide methodological and organizational support to grant recipients.

To facilitate effective coordination, a working group has been established on WhatsApp, where daily consultations are held to discuss reporting procedures, document preparation, and interaction with government bodies.

The project manager conducts individual calls with each grant recipient, providing recommendations based on the discussions and preparing an interim report that includes photo and video materials, links to publications, and supporting documents.

Despite initial challenges—such as limited experience in managing bank accounts or maintaining social media pages—rural NGOs are actively adapting, building strong teams, and making steady progress toward the successful completion of their projects.
