Nurasyl Bekmatov Highlights Importance of Constitutional Changes

As part of the round table titled “Constitutional Changes: the Perspective of Students, Youth, Volunteers and NGOs” held in Astana, speakers shared their views on the importance of constitutional reforms for society and young people. Among the speakers was Nurasyl Bekmatov, Head of the Republican Headquarters of the “JASYL EL” Youth Labor Brigades and Head of the “MADENIETTI MURA” Project Office.

In his speech, he stated:
“The new Constitution strengthens the principle of a social state. This means that every citizen, including young people, is provided with equal opportunities to receive an education, work, and develop themselves.
Today, one of the important directions for society is the development of an ecological culture. This issue is also closely linked with youth. In this context, the “Taza Kazakhstan” initiative, implemented in our country, plays a crucial role.
Ecological culture is shaped not only by laws but also by awareness and upbringing.
Through the constitutional reform, we are strengthening not only the legal system but also civic responsibility. Young people can contribute to protecting the environment and caring for their homeland through initiatives like “Taza Kazakhstan.” he noted.
