Ireshova Mahabat Sansyzbaykyzy: Youth Issues as a Strategic National Priority
During the round table organized by the Civil Alliance of Kazakhstan in Astana, Ireshova Mahabat Sansyzbaykyzy, member of the Public Council of the Tselinograd District and Director of the Tselinograd District Youth Resource Center, shared her views on constitutional changes and the role of youth.
In her speech, the speaker emphasized:
“In the current Constitution, youth issues and the development of human capital are considered within general social norms and are limited to the right to education and social guarantees. Although education and science are recognized as important sectors, they are not clearly defined as a strategic priority of the state.
In the draft of the new Constitution, human capital, education, science, and innovation are directly established as strategic priorities of the state. This clearly recognizes youth as a key driving force in the country’s development,” she stressed.
