Study Tour Day Three: Meeting with the “Kazakhstan Khalkyna” Foundation

On the third day of the Study Tour in Astana, the delegation from Mangystau learned about the work of the “Kazakhstan Khalkyna” Foundation.

During the meeting, the Foundation’s Director, Lazzat Chinkisbaeva, gave an informative presentation on the Foundation’s key areas, including:

• Social programs implemented by the Foundation
• Grant support mechanisms for NGOs and initiative groups
• Requirements for selection, evaluation, and monitoring of social projects
• Mechanisms for supporting social initiatives in the regions

Participants had the opportunity to get acquainted with the Foundation’s specific criteria and operational procedures and received valuable information to develop their own projects.

This meeting expanded the delegation’s opportunities for partnership in the social sector and provided a new impetus for implementing socially beneficial projects in the Mangystau region.
