SkatePark – a new active recreation area in the village of Құрық!

A modern skatepark for children and teenagers has been built in the M. Zholboldin Park!
All structures are made from eco-friendly wood and secured with metal screws.

Results:

• A safe sports area has been created for children and youth aged 5–17;
• Interest in skateboarding, scooters, cycling, and roller sports has increased;
• A culture of healthy lifestyle and active recreation has developed;
• Free time of rural youth is effectively organized.

The project was implemented by order of the Mangystau Regional Youth Policy Department with support from the Center for Support of Civic Initiatives (CSCI).
