EcoCorner Tenge – a recreational area and eco-corner for village residents

Project Goal:
To create a modern, safe, and eco-friendly recreational area for village residents.
Project activities:
- Installed 4 benches, 2 tables, 2 trash bins, an information board, and a QR code;
- Set up a unique 4x5 meter installation;
- Planted 10 junipers and 50 various tree seedlings;
- 4 chess boards donated to the village veterans’ house;
- The eco-corner was fully landscaped and became a convenient recreational space for residents.
Participants:
The project involved local villagers and youth. Active support was provided by the village administration, volunteers, and school students.
Chess tournament organized within the project!
Participants included teams of Tenge village school students and their mentors. 47 students took part in the tournament, and winners of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places were awarded certificates.
Results and social impact:
- Modern recreational and eco-corner established;
- Over 60 children and residents participated in environmental actions;
- Environmental awareness and healthy lifestyle promoted;
- Increased community engagement and cooperation;
- Improved village infrastructure and aesthetic appeal.
