As part of the project “Protection of Labor Rights of Women Migrants in Mangystau Region,” another focus group discussion was held with employers in the city of Aktau who work directly with women migrants.

During the discussion, employers shared their experience of collaboration, highlighting both positive aspects of interaction and existing challenges. Overall, participants emphasized that women migrants demonstrate themselves as responsible and hardworking employees and expressed their willingness to continue providing them with job opportunities.

Such meetings help identify the real barriers and opportunities faced by women migrants in the labor market and form the basis for developing recommendations to improve their situation.

The project is implemented with the financial support of the NGO  “Eco Mangystau” within the framework of the European Union-funded small grants program “Joining Forces for Human Rights in Western Kazakhstan.”
