The Civil Alliance of Mangystau Region continues its work on protecting the labor rights of women migrants. As part of the project, a focus group discussion was held with entrepreneurs from Munaily District who directly interact with women migrants.

During the meeting, women entrepreneurs openly shared the challenges and issues they face when hiring and working with this group of women. This is an important step toward finding solutions and creating more fair working conditions.

The project is implemented with the financial support of the NGO “Eco Mangystau” within the framework of the European Union-funded small grants program “Joining Forces for Human Rights in Western Kazakhstan.”
