With the support of the UN Development Programme (UNDP), in partnership with KAMEDA NGO and the Civil Alliance of Mangystau Region, this project aims to employ unemployed youth, develop key skills, and help them confidently build their future.
Project participants:
- Aktau city – 35 people
- Zhanaozen city – 35 people
- Beineu village – 30 people
Total – 100 people
A key part of the program is a two-day training on emotional intelligence development.
The training helps participants to:

understand and manage emotions,

communicate effectively,

build self-confidence,
as well as adapt to changes, cope with stress, and establish productive relationships in personal and professional life.
The project is not only educational but also provides support, motivation, and an opportunity to take initiative for a new life.
