Meeting with Students of Karaganda Technical University

As part of the project “Organization of the Informational and Educational Group for Increasing Religious Literacy among the Population of Karaganda,” a meeting was held with students of the Karaganda Technical University named after Academician A. S. Saginov.

The speaker was Zharkyn Amantaevich Tusupbekov — member of the Republican informational and explanatory group on religious issues under the Committee on Religious Affairs of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The topic of the meeting was “Religion and Tradition.” Participants discussed the differences between religious values and destructive interpretations, signs of radical ideology, methods of involving youth in such movements, and the importance of critical thinking in today’s information environment.
