Meeting with Students of Karaganda Technical University Named After Academician A. S. Saginov

As part of the project “Organization of the Work of the Information and Awareness Group to Enhance Religious Literacy among the Population of Karaganda,” a meeting was held with students of Karaganda Technical University named after Academician A. S. Saginov.

The speaker was Zharkyn Amantaevich Tusupbekov — member of the Republican information and awareness group on religious issues under the Committee on Religious Affairs of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Meeting topic: “Negative Impact of Destructive and Pseudo-Religious Movements.”

During the dialogue, the signs of radical ideology, methods of involving youth in such movements, and the importance of critical thinking in the information environment were discussed.
