Karaganda Region
Today, a meeting was held with the youth of ethnocultural associations of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan in the Karaganda region, as well as with young people serving in military units.
The discussion on the draft Constitution and the upcoming referendum, while explaining the proposed amendments, expanded into a broader context. This was encouraging, as participants raised questions about the impact of digital technologies, artificial intelligence, the role of moral values, and boundaries.
It was noted that the pursuit of education, reading primary sources, developing critical thinking, and the ability to independently analyze information and draw conclusions are essential for shaping a civic position.
In conclusion, it was emphasized that understanding the essence of the Constitution, reflecting on its amendments, and making a decision through participation in the referendum are signs of maturity and awareness, forming the foundation of responsible citizenship.
