Karaganda Region

As part of the “Zan men Tartip” project, on January 29, a visit was made to the back office of the NJSC “State Corporation “Government for Citizens” in the Karaganda region.

The visit provided an opportunity to observe the work of the staff — people who assist citizens on a daily basis. When visiting Public Service Centers, we often see only the tip of the iceberg, overlooking the extensive and meticulous work behind each request.

During the visit, answers were received to many questions related to real estate, including the legalization of various architectural modifications that property owners often make to their homes and apartments.

One important principle became clear: “The theatre begins with a coat rack, and construction or redevelopment begins with a project and its legal approval.”

At the same time, it should be noted that the state, through the work of the Corporation, has created conditions for those who may have carried out certain actions with their property without following this principle, allowing them to bring everything into compliance with legal requirements.

I would like to express my gratitude to the specialists who assist in this process. For me personally, the “Zan men Tartip” project has revealed another important aspect of building a society based on the principles of Reason and Law.
