An informational meeting was held with employees of the Shakhtinsk City Department of Sanitary and Epidemiological Control.
Serik Kuatovich Tlekbayev, an expert in religious literacy and public consolidation, provided explanations on compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding crime prevention. Special attention was given to the regulations prohibiting the wearing of clothing in public places that hinders facial recognition. It was emphasized that this measure was introduced to ensure public safety, protect the rights and freedoms of citizens, and prevent offenses.
