We continue to introduce you to the winning projects of the Third-Party Funding competition.

Today we present the project of the Just Support Foundation — “Public Evaluation of the Content and Implementation of the State Anti-Bullying Program for Schools.”

The project aims to provide an independent public assessment of the effectiveness of the state program “DosbolLike,” which has been implemented in all schools nationwide since September 2025.

Why is this important?
According to project data, more than 4 million children study in schools and colleges in Kazakhstan, and 11% to 65% of students experience bullying. At the same time, official registration of such cases remains very low.

The project envisions a public evaluation of the program in terms of its real impact on the school environment and the effectiveness of prevention measures.

How will the evaluation be conducted?
The project includes:
• data collection and surveys of participants in the educational process;
• focus groups in regions of the country;
• analysis of the state program and existing response mechanisms;
• preparation and submission of recommendations to government authorities.

Students, parents, teachers, psychologists, NGO representatives, and government officials will be involved in the project.

Expected outcomes:
— identify weaknesses in the program;
— propose solutions to strengthen it;
— make the school environment safer for children.

The project is funded within the framework of a project implemented by the ZUBR Consulting Center and the NGO “Civil Alliance of Kostanay Region ‘GrIn’” with the support of the European Union.
