The results of the European Union financial support competition have been announced. The competition was held among the members of the “Public Oversight” coalition.

Out of 9 submitted applications, 4 projects were selected:

• ChF “Just Support” — Public evaluation of the content and implementation of the state anti-bullying program for schools
• NGO “Women’s Ray” / OF “Jana Urpaq STEP” — Public evaluation of the quality of special social services provided by crisis centers for victims of domestic violence
• OF “KAMEDA” — Public evaluation of the effectiveness, transparency, and accessibility of the state grant mechanism implemented by CPGI, as well as its alignment with the needs of civil society
• NGO “Angel” / OF “ElitAgro” — Independent public evaluation of Kazakhstan’s international and national climate commitments, with a focus on the implementation of climate policy in regions (Akmola and Aktobe regions), data quality, and accessibility of analytics for citizens
