Karaganda Region
Charitable assistance in the form of clothing was provided to minors from families in the Kazybek Bi district who are in difficult life situations.
The initiative was led by the public foundation “Mother’s Hands” with the support of the Commissioner for Children’s Rights of the Karaganda region, Irina Boleslavovna Kiseleva.
As part of the campaign, 15 children received assistance. They were provided with essential items such as jackets, insulated vests, sweaters, skirts, dresses, trousers, shirts, and other clothing.
Such initiatives are not just support—they are a contribution to care, warmth, and children’s confidence in the future.
