“Honest and Conscious Generation” Forum Held in Kentau on International Anti-Corruption Day

On December 9, in observance of International Anti-Corruption Day, a forum for civil servants titled “Honest and Conscious Generation” was held in the city of Kentau.

The event was organized by the Civil Alliance of the Turkestan Region within the framework of the state social order of the Internal Policy Department of the Kentau city administration.

The event brought together city leadership, representatives of public organizations, education professionals, members of the intelligentsia, veterans and elders, the council of mothers, and representatives of various sectors.

The main goal of the forum was to strengthen the culture of integrity, increase transparency and accountability in public service, and set a positive example for the younger generation.

During the event, participants discussed the negative impact of corruption on society and the role of civil servants in shaping an honest and conscious generation.

The event was opened by Galymzhan Amirhanuly Toishiev, Head of Sector of the Internal Policy Department of the Kentau city administration.

Speakers included:
• Nursultan Nurbayuly Pashanov, Acting Associate Professor at the International University of Tourism and Hospitality,
• Amangeldi Ilesbayuly Kalybek, Executive Director of the NGO “Right of Choice”.

The speakers emphasized the importance of integrity and fairness in societal development.

At the conclusion of the forum, participants highlighted the need to make integrity a core principle of daily work and stressed the importance of contributing to a transparent and fair public administration.

The event was held at a high level and provided participants with motivation and inspiration.
