On November 13, a marathon was held in a lively and positive atmosphere at O. Zharylkapov Stadium in the city of Turkestan, bringing together local residents and youth. The event was organized by order of the Internal Policy Department of Turkestan city, with the support of the Association of Business Women of the Turkestan Region and the Civil Alliance of the Turkestan Region.
The opening ceremony was led by Inara Abdigapparovna Namazbayeva, President of the Civil Alliance, Chairperson of the Regional Association of Business Women, and a regional deputy, who wished participants inspiration and success.
The award ceremony for finishers was conducted by Aidoss Baizhanov, Chief Specialist of the Internal Policy Department of Turkestan city, who congratulated and awarded all participants.
The top three winners who crossed the finish line first received cash prizes:
- 1st place – 70,000 KZT
- 2nd place – 50,000 KZT
- 3rd place – 30,000 KZT
Additionally, all active participants were awarded certificates of appreciation and incentive prizes.
The main goal of the event was to promote a healthy lifestyle, foster an anti-corruption culture among youth, and strengthen the values of fairness and active citizenship.
