On June 10–11, the Regional Civil Forum of Zhambyl Region, “Strong Society – Strong Kazakhstan,” will take place

The forum will serve as an important platform for open dialogue among civil society institutions, NGOs, government bodies, and business representatives.

During the event, topics such as digital civic engagement, inclusion and equality, new labor market challenges, legal education, and civic responsibility will be discussed. Changes to the Law on NGOs, legislation on state social orders, and grants will also be considered.

On June 11, the forum will continue with a conference focused on implementing the second phase of the Civil Society Development Concept. A plenary session will be held, alongside trilateral negotiations between businesses, local authorities, and social organizations. Practical masterclasses aimed at enhancing NGO capacity will also be organized.

The forum provides an effective platform for exchanging experience, establishing partnerships, and implementing joint initiatives among civil society representatives in the region.
