Team-building organized for civil society organizations

With the support of the Public Development Department of Turkestan Region and organized by the “Turkestan Regional Civil Alliance” legal entity, a team-building event was held at the “Birkolik” recreation area within the project “Developing civil society, strengthening the organizational capacity of NGOs, expanding knowledge base, and enhancing professional competence.”

The event included trainings on “Emotional Intelligence: The Foundation of Teamwork and Social Project Design.” The main goal was to foster open competition among organizations and raise their professional level by enhancing competencies.

Leaders and members of civil society organizations from Turkestan Region participated in the event.
