In Kazygurt district, a seminar-training was conducted to explain the topic raised by President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev at the IV session of the National Kurultay: “The important role of the civil sector in implementing reforms and developing society,” as well as to provide guidance on entering data into the “NGO Database” system.

✅ Akmaral Abdynabieva – Executive Director of the Turkestan Regional Civil Alliance. She emphasized the importance of increasing the prestige and legal status of NGOs, supporting their development and strengthening. She also shared the President’s specific instruction: “The partnership between the state and NGOs requires a separate law that meets modern requirements to effectively address urgent issues and improve the efficiency of social orders.”
✅ Nasiba Nuritdinova – conducted a master class on reporting to the “NGO Database” system, assisted several local NGOs in submitting their reports, and answered all participant questions.
