Rauşan Kudaibergenovna Beksultanova, Head of the Jetyisu Regional Branch of the “Kazakhstan Society of the Deaf,” visited the Almaty City Branch of the “Kazakhstan Society of the Deaf” from September 9–11 as part of an exchange visit.

The visit took place during the 10th National Competition of Dance Ensembles “Victory Waltz” for persons with hearing impairments.

About the event:
Participants and organization representatives from 9 regions of Kazakhstan gathered together. Active youth from the Jetyisu Regional Branch of the “Kazakhstan Society of the Deaf” participated.

Objectives of the visit:

• Exchange experiences with organizations from other regions
• Learn about new ideas and work methods
• Establish creative connections
• Discuss working in an inclusive environment

Results:
The event was not only a dance competition but also a large platform to showcase the potential of people with special abilities. Participants observed each other’s achievements and discussed ways to maximize potential through shared values.
