From October 20–22, Arman Zeynnullaevich Makhatov, Head of the “Taldykorgan” Corporate Fund and the “Kazakh Society of the Blind,” conducted an exchange visit with the heads and colleagues of the Z.B. Beisekov Kazakh Society of the Blind.

Almaty Region, Talgar District, “Sputnik” Sanatorium

• Boosting motivation and engagement
• Providing opportunities for developing individual initiatives
• Integrating information and best practices into organizational work

Significance:
Meetings and experience exchange strengthen professional connections, enhance participants’ work efficiency, increase motivation, and allow for the implementation of new practices within organizations.
