From October 15–16, as part of an exchange visit, Matvey Viktorovich Shvedin, head of the volunteer center «Lider.kz», visited the «Search Movement» organization.

Objectives of the visit:

• Exchange of experience in searching for missing persons
• Assistance in emergency situations (ES)
• Collection and distribution of humanitarian aid
• Volunteer training
• Public information work

Significance:
Experience exchange helps improve the volunteer team’s performance, enhances efficiency during emergencies, ensures proper distribution of humanitarian aid, and assists in locating missing persons.

During the visit, a memorandum was signed to formalize cooperation and knowledge exchange between the organizations.

The knowledge gained will help our team respond more quickly and effectively to emergencies and provide assistance to those in need.

The exchange visit was organized with the support of the Jetyisu Regional Public Development Department as part of the «Civil Center for NGOs of Jetyisu Region» project.
