Volunteer Exchange Visit in Astana

Jansarik Baydenov, representative of NGO «Ayauly Alakan», participated in a volunteer exchange visit in Astana from October 7–9.

During the visit, the delegation got acquainted with the work of the «National Volunteer Network» JSC and the «Dauletten» Charity Fund, learning effective methods of organizing volunteer work and implementing social projects.

Significance of the experience:
The visit helped strengthen the capacity of volunteer organizations, promote active civic engagement, and foster a culture of philanthropy.

Outcome:
Through the exchange, our organization learned new ways to mobilize volunteers and returned with ideas to improve the efficiency of social projects in the Jetyisu region.

The exchange visit was organized with the support of the Jetyisu Regional Public Development Department as part of the «Civil Center for NGOs of Jetyisu Region» project.
