Today, a live broadcast of the “Telecenter” program featured an open and meaningful discussion on the development of civil society in the Pavlodar Region.

The studio guests were representatives of organizations — members of the Civil Alliance of the Pavlodar Region:

• Svetlana Mogilyuk — Chairperson of the Association “Civil Alliance of Pavlodar Region”
• Gulnara Sitkazinova — Head of the Public Association “Medical Association ‘Salamatty Pavlodar’”
• Evgeniya Stelvaga — Director of the Public Foundation “Altyn Bata”

Each speaker shared practical experience and spoke about their organizations’ activities, implemented projects, and achieved results.

Special attention was given to the activities of the NGO Resource Center — an open platform for public associations, initiative groups, youth, and all interested citizens. It provides:

• consultations on NGO registration and operations
• support in developing and formalizing social projects
• assistance in preparing grant applications and participating in state social procurement
• methodological support and help in building partnerships

The broadcast became an important opportunity to demonstrate that the NGO sector in the Pavlodar Region consists of professional, competent, and socially responsible organizations that systematically contribute to regional development and the solution of socially significant issues.
