Pavlodar Region
How can this be accepted? The Pasture Management Plan of the city of Aksu for 2025–2029, approved by the maslikhat, was supposed to serve as a practical tool for land restoration and equal access. However, the document turned out to be empty — no analysis, no explanations, no solutions.
The Association “Civil Alliance of Pavlodar Region” submitted its comments, but they were ignored.
So why have a public discussion if citizens’ opinions are not considered?
We call for an open revision of the plan with the participation of experts and rural residents. Land is a common good, and decisions regarding its use must be clear, transparent, and beneficial to people.
