Maksat Kultayevich Keneshev has been appointed Executive Director of the Civil Alliance of Almaty Region

Maksat Keneshev has 10 years of professional experience. He began his career in the field of youth policy and progressed from a specialist to leadership positions. Over the years, he served as Director of the Youth Resource Center of Almaty Region under the Department for Youth Policy of Almaty Region.

He is also a member of the Public Council of Almaty Region and Chair of a standing commission.

For his active contribution to youth policy and the development of civil society, he has been awarded the “Altyn Barys” badge by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the “Halyk Algysy” medal.

Previously, this position was held by Madina Maratovna, who stepped down due to family circumstances.
