The program covered key topics:
– cooperation between NGOs and government bodies;
– business support for social initiatives;
– experience of rural NGOs and implementation of mini-grants;
– development of women’s and youth initiatives.

Our organization presented the outcomes of participation in the UN Climate Conference COP30, new priorities within Kazakhstan’s updated NDC, as well as opportunities for regional NGOs — from climate education to participation in the development of local adaptation plans.

Special attention was given to the importance of ensuring that the voices of regions, women, youth, and rural communities are considered in shaping climate and environmental policy.

We often say that NGOs are “lucky” — with projects, grants, or opportunities. However, behind this “luck” there are always years of dedicated work, professionalism, community trust, and the significant efforts of teams driving change forward.

We thank the organizers and all colleagues for the active dialogue, new ideas, and willingness to work together for the benefit of the region.
