In Moscow, within the framework of the project "Support for civil initiatives in the field of international cooperation (on the sites of the Russian Federation)", a Plenary session "New Horizons" was held. This event was held within the framework of the International Forum "World Quality Day 2024", which brought together business representatives, experts on standards and quality, as well as delegates from different countries.
The delegation from Kazakhstan took an active part in discussing key issues related to new approaches and standards in quality management, which was another step in strengthening partnership and sharing experience with Russian colleagues.
One of the key moments was the acquaintance with Maxim Protasov, the head of the Russian Academy of Quality, during the meeting issues of certification and consumer protection, as well as the role of international cooperation in improving the quality of products and services were discussed.
