We continue sharing updates on the implementation of the winning projects.

The project
“Public Assessment of the Quality of Services Provided by Crisis Centers for Victims of Domestic Violence” is currently in its active implementation phase.

All planned regions have been visited:

Akmola Region — 2 centers
Astana — 2 centers
Kostanay Region — 3 centers

The level of participation from crisis centers and government agencies exceeded expectations.

Currently underway:
analysis of collected data
final stage — surveys among service recipients

“The project is progressing even better than expected — we thought it would be much more challenging.”

An important achievement is that the project team has joined the working group of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection.
From now on, recommendations are being developed on behalf of all participants involved in the public assessment process.
