We continue sharing updates on the implementation of the winning projects.

The project
“Public Assessment of Climate Policy” is already being actively implemented in the regions.

Three working groups have been formed:

• national group — analytics and coordination
• regional groups — fieldwork in Akmola and Aktobe Regions

In the regions, the team is:

• collecting real-life cases
• identifying gaps between policy and practice
• engaging with farmers and government agencies

Already accomplished:

• 3 districts have been visited, with 2 more ahead
• participation in sowing campaign meetings is ongoing

One of the challenges is the cautious approach of farmers and local administrations.
At the same time, interest and demand for knowledge and practical guidance continue to grow.

The next stage of the project will include additional seminars and training sessions.

The project is being implemented by the ZUBR Consulting Center together with the Green Civil Alliance of Kostanay Region Public Foundation with the financial support of the European Union.
