One of the successful initiatives was the “Aul Business LAB” project — a school of entrepreneurship and financial literacy for youth, implemented by the “Koksu Zhastary” Public Association in the Koksu District of the Zhetysu Region.

The main goal of the project was to strengthen entrepreneurial and financial skills among rural youth, including students and young people belonging to the NEET category.

Since October 2025, a total of 120 participants have been enrolled in the project and involved in a series of educational activities. Participants attended seminars and practical training sessions covering the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, business idea development, business planning, and the use of modern marketing tools.

Special attention was given to financial literacy. Participants gained knowledge in personal financial management, budgeting, risk assessment, and effective allocation of financial resources.

As part of the project, meetings with successful entrepreneurs were organized, providing young people with an opportunity to learn from real business experience, receive practical advice, and gain motivation to start their own ventures.

In addition, participants received information on government support measures available to aspiring entrepreneurs, including grants, subsidies, and preferential support programs.
