On May 30, a meaningful meeting was held in Uralsk with Mizamagali Kazhygaliyevich Khairullin — a veteran of Civil Defense and the Chernobyl disaster response, holder of the Order of the Red Star and the “For Courage” medal.
During the event, a letter of appreciation was presented to the veteran on behalf of the Association “Civil Alliance of West Kazakhstan Region.”
