Intellectual Game "Interethnic Harmony – The Future of the Nation"

On June 5, 2026, an intellectual game titled "Interethnic Harmony – The Future of the Nation" was held with the participation of teams from the city of Kentau and nearby rural communities.

The event was organized to promote interethnic peace, strengthen social unity, and foster friendship and cooperation.

The competition was held within the framework of the state social order of the Kentau City Department of Internal Policy.

Teams representing young people, middle-aged participants, and senior citizens took part in the competition, demonstrating their knowledge, teamwork, and intellectual abilities.

The game consisted of four rounds:

  • Team Introduction;
  • "Knowledge Conquers All";
  • Word Chain;
  • Captains' Competition.

Competition results:
1st Place – Shanyrak Team;
2nd Place – Birlik Team;
3rd Place – Youth of a Peaceful Nation Team.

Participants demonstrated a high level of knowledge on interethnic harmony, social cohesion, friendship, and national unity. Throughout the competition, teams showcased logical thinking, strong teamwork, and excellent organization.

A special part of the program featured a video highlighting the lives, careers, and community activities of representatives of various ethnic groups living in Kentau and surrounding villages. The video illustrated examples of mutual respect, cooperation, and unity, helping participants better understand the value of peace and social harmony in Kazakhstan.

At the closing ceremony, Deputy Akim of Kentau, Baurzhan Abenuly, on behalf of Akim Zhandos Kalmyrzayuly, congratulated the participants and presented awards to the winners and the most active teams. In his remarks, he emphasized the importance of preserving peace, unity, and social harmony and thanked everyone for their active participation.

The main objective of the event was to strengthen social stability and harmony, promote mutual respect and cooperation among different ethnic groups, and encourage greater civic engagement among local residents.
