Today, on July 1, the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan officially entered into force.
This landmark event marks the beginning of a new stage in our country's development. The renewed Basic Law provides a solid legal foundation for the further modernization of the state, the strengthening of democratic institutions, the rule of law, and the protection of the rights and freedoms of every citizen.
The new Constitution reflects Kazakhstan's commitment to building a just, open, and effective state, where the highest values are the individual, the rule of law, responsibility, and public harmony.
The Constitution is not only the country's supreme legal document. It is the foundation of statehood, the guarantor of stability, unity, and sustainable development. It defines the principles of interaction between the state and society, enshrines the rights and responsibilities of citizens, and serves as a guide for future generations.
May the new Constitution become a strong foundation for peace, harmony, prosperity, and new achievements for our country!
