Environmental protection, which is certainly one of the most important tasks of our time, requires not only the attention of government agencies, but also the active participation of civil society, which, as practice shows, plays a key role in promoting environmental initiatives.
In this context, the experts who were selected on a competitive basis within the framework of the project "Support for civil initiatives in the field of international cooperation (at the sites of the CIS countries)" are actively participating in the Regional Forum in Bishkek on the theme: "Green Economy 2024": "Green Way of development of Central Asia 2024", which underlines the importance of joint work and exchange of experience among NGOs seeking to solve environmental problems.
Strengthening the role of NGOs and creating conditions for their effective functioning remains an urgent task, since it depends on their activities whether society can effectively cope with environmental challenges and achieve sustainable development, which is necessary not only for us, but also for future generations.
