The Drug Crime Prevention Department of the Kostanay Region Police Department and the Green Civil Alliance of Kostanay Region Public Foundation signed a Memorandum of Cooperation aimed at consolidating efforts to prevent drug-related offenses.

The memorandum provides for the joint implementation of preventive initiatives, public awareness and outreach campaigns, the organization of social and educational projects, and the development of cooperation aimed at fostering a negative public attitude toward the illegal trafficking and use of narcotic drugs.

The signing of the memorandum marks an important step in strengthening the partnership between government authorities and civil society organizations in combating drug-related crime and promoting the values of a healthy and safe lifestyle.
