During the reception, residents can raise various issues and receive the necessary consultation, information, and legal assistance.

Specialists review citizens’ requests and provide guidance on possible ways to resolve the issues raised. Where necessary, assistance is provided in forwarding requests to the relevant government authorities and organizations.
