An interactive training dialogue titled “Hear Each Other — Act Together” was held at the “Adal Azamat – Belsendi Qogam” Regional Office at the Civil Alliance of West Kazakhstan Region.

The open meeting brought together representatives of public associations and civil society activists.

The participants discussed important topics:

  • mediation and peaceful resolution of disputes;
  • intergenerational dialogue;
  • the culture of communication, behavior, and interpersonal relationships;
  • mutual respect and understanding;
  • joint civic initiatives and actions.

The interactive format allowed participants not only to exchange opinions, but also to analyze real-life situations, discuss the causes of disagreements, learn about mediation tools, and explore ways to find compromise.

The training was conducted by Zuriya Akhmetovna Shatikova, Honorary Mediator of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Chairperson of the “Aqzhaiyq Tamyry” Public Association.

The key outcome of the meeting was the understanding that age, life experience, and different perspectives should not divide people. Open and respectful dialogue helps us hear each other, find common ground, join forces, and work together to address issues of public importance.

The key formula of the event:

Listen → understand → reach agreement → act together.

We thank the representatives of public associations, civil society activists, and all participants for their active engagement, openness, and readiness for constructive dialogue!
