Public Monitoring Conducted at City Clinical Hospital No. 7 “Kalkaman”

On September 11, 2026, Commission No. 3 of the Public Council of Almaty conducted public monitoring at City Clinical Hospital No. 7 “Kalkaman” to assess the reliability of its power and water supply systems.

The monitoring covered backup power sources, diesel generator units, fuel reserves, as well as backup capacities for drinking water and fire-fighting water supply.

Following the monitoring, a number of issues were identified aimed at ensuring the stable and uninterrupted operation of the medical facility.

The Public Council of Almaty continues to conduct public monitoring of socially significant facilities and urban infrastructure.
