For a long time, Kokshetau remained the only regional center in Kazakhstan without its own CHP plant, with the city’s entire heating system relying on the aging district boiler houses RK-1 and RK-2.

The implementation of the new project will fundamentally change this situation. The construction of the CHP plant will provide:

• guaranteed and stable heat supply for more than 195,000 residents of Kokshetau and the Stantsionny settlement;
• uninterrupted year-round hot water supply for more than 600 apartment buildings;
• up to 2,000 new jobs at the facility.

The construction of the CHP plant is a long-awaited step towards greater social comfort and sustainable economic development of our city!
