The session outlined strategic objectives aimed at strengthening public oversight, increasing the transparency of government bodies, and ensuring a prompt response to the needs and concerns of residents in the regions.

The Role of the Public Council:

The Public Council is actively involved in implementing the decisions developed during the first session of Khalyk Kenesi. In the near future, the following measures are planned:

• to systematize appeals received from citizens in line with the new priorities;
• to strengthen expert assessment of regulatory legal acts and social programs;
• to ensure regular public updates on the progress of implementing the decisions adopted.

“The first session of Khalyk Kenesi laid a solid foundation for the meaningful renewal of public dialogue. Our common task is to ensure that every citizen’s voice is heard and that decisions are made with due consideration of the real needs of society,” the Public Council noted.
