The Fourth Meeting of the National Discussion Club “Ustanym”

The fourth meeting of the National Discussion Club “Ustanym” was held under the theme “Constitution and Values: Foundations of Civic Accord.” The event brought together representatives of government bodies, the non-governmental sector, as well as the academic and expert communities.

During the meeting, participants discussed key issues regarding the role of the Constitution as the foundation of the social contract, the value orientations of Kazakhstani society, and practices for engaging citizens in public governance processes. Experts shared the results of their research and practical experience, presenting approaches to developing institutions of civic participation and mechanisms for state–society interaction.
